– Call for Papers –
The status of psychotherapeutic profession and its practitioners in Croatia has not yet been regulated within the legal framework. This raises many questions within the profession, especially due to Croatian psychotherapeutic experts joining the great European psychotherapy family. Who can and who cannot practise psychotherapy, what kind of training is needed to provide psychotherapy services, which ethical issues psychotherapeutic profession faces, how to make it recognizable in the market or how psychotherapy can help improving the quality of everyday life – these are just some of the questions to which the conference of the Association of Psychotherapy Societies of Croatia will try to give answers and contribute to the improvement of the status of psychotherapy profession in Croatia. The conference aims to emphasise the importance of legislation of psychotherapy, psychotherapy training and its standards.
